FCA, B-Com: A Chartered Accountant(CA) by training, he has wide experience (~22 years) in the fields of auditing, investment advisory, financial management, legal and financial structuring, risk management and internal control, process mapping, legal transformation, and training in microfinance and livelihood. He has worked extensively in many countries in South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, South Pacific, on several technical consultancy assignments with Institutional Investors, the Asian Development Bank, Technical Assistance Providers, and microfinance institutions
MS. MEHAK BISHT
ACS: She is a qualified company secretary heading secretarial compliance/ company law matters/ Intellectual Property rights services/Social Stock Exchange Registration,Listing, and compliances. She has gained expertise and experience of several years working with NGOs, corporations, and financial institutions in India.
MR. RAVI DUTT
MBA Finance: Expert in Financial Accounting and Auditing, with more than 12 Years of hands-on working experience with Microfinance Institutions, NGOs, and Funding Agencies in India.

She is a Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) by training with long experience (~17 years) in financial management, accounting systems, legal compliances in the Indian context and with big corporate houses such as Reliance Industries, Nestle India, Marks and Spencer, etc.
MR. JIWAN MEHTA
FCA: Qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and providing training in various functional areas with financial / micro-finance / NGOs in India and various African and South East Asian countries. Has widely traveled in India on various consulting and training assignments to many financial institutions.
